Food Vendor Fees
$55.00 for a 15 x 15 space.
Ten percent (10%) of your GROSS SALES must be sent to the Mathews Market Days Committee by SEPTEMBER 30th of the same year as your application.
Completed applications must be emailed or postmarked by June 1st. Any application received after the June 1st deadline must include a $25.00 late fee.
Acceptance confirmations will be emailed/mailed during the first week of July.
A full refund will be returned to any
Set up time is the Thursday (the day before the event) after 12 PM
All booths must be set up and ready for business by 9 AM Friday morning
ALL BOOTHS MUST BE OPEN FROM
9 AM - 5 PM BOTH DAYS or
9 AM - 10 PM if you have
agreed to stay thru the street dance
Anyone breaking down earlier than
5 PM/10 PM will be ineligible to
participate the following year
You are solely responsible for taking your trash to the provide dumpster
NO trash is to be left at your site at the
No ice is available
Vendor is responsible for
applicable sales tax
